Directions: Apply crème to thin-skinned areas with the least amount of hair like the back of the knees, inner arms, upper chest and neck. Rotate areas daily. Double applications for the first two months.

Postmenopausal: For 21 consecutive days of the month, apply 1/4 teaspoon of crème. Add more days or crème as needed.

Premenopausal: Starting the twelfth day after the period begins, apply 1/4 teaspoon crème for fourteen consecutive days. Use more crème as needed.
